If you have questions after purchase or need a spare part, for example, you can send us an email with your order number "#1234" to office@tatzemail.com and we will personally take care of it. We handle most inquiries within 24 hours and offer free or at least low-cost solutions whenever possible.

Extended 30-day return policy:
You can never be 100% sure that everything fits perfectly between rider, shoe, and pedal. If the TATZE pedal does not convince you after the first ride (30 days), you can return it even with minor signs of use. Simply send an email with the order number "#1234" to office@tatzemail.com and we will send you a return label.
